Welcome to my practice! I am a licensed massage therapist with over 20 years of experience. Specializing in a variety of techniques such as TMJ & headache release, myofascial release, and deep tissue massage, I tailor each session to meet your unique needs. Whether you're looking for relaxing or therapeutic relief I'm here to help you improve your well-being and promote a healthier body and mind. 

Throughout my career, I have worked in multiple different professional settings, from luxurious spas to chiropractic centers and most recently as a member of a physical therapy team that integrated massage as part of the healing process.  I have constantly been sought after, developing raving fans of my work wherever I have been.
